In December 2006, Congress passed “The Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act” which was signed into law. Consistent with this Act, the United States Postal Service (USPS) will adjust mailing services prices each year.

The 2008 USPS Rate Case will be effective May 12th.

While the 2008 rate increase has an affect on the mail classes we currently offer, our new rates will continue to offer savings over premium mail classes, as you have come to expect from UPS Mail Innovations.
